terms.

these are the terms for coming to fargone events and buying from the fargone shop. they don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

events

climbing and cycling carry a real risk of injury. you take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness, kit and, on rides, a roadworthy bike and a helmet. climbing gyms will ask you to complete their own registration or induction; their rules apply while you’re there. we may change or cancel an event, for weather or anything else, and we’ll tell you as early as we can. nothing here limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

orders

prices are in pounds. checkout and payment are handled by stripe, and your order is confirmed when payment goes through. if we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll refund you in full.

shipping

orders ship from london in 1–3 working days, tracked, worldwide. orders outside the uk may have import duties or taxes on arrival, which are paid by the recipient.

returns

you can return anything within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags on. email orders@fargone.cc first and we’ll tell you where to send it. we refund within 14 days of getting it back, to the original payment method. if something arrives faulty or wrong, we’ll cover the return and replace or refund it.
